Privacy Policy

1. Operator and scope

Lunery Lab is an independent software project operated under the Lunery Lab name ("we", "us"). This policy explains how information is handled by the Lunery Lab public website and desktop Studio. Contact us at support@lunerylab.com.

2. Information we handle and how it is collected

• Website preferences: your language choice may be stored in a browser cookie and local storage.
• Saved workflow details: when you choose a public example, its prompt and style may be stored in this browser so you can return to them after downloading Studio. This stays in browser local storage until you clear it or clear browser data.
• Website analytics: on our Vercel deployment, Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights receive page, performance, browser, device, and network information needed to provide aggregate website and performance reports.
• Support information: we receive the message, contact details, and attachments you choose to send when requesting support.
• Desktop content: projects, prompts, assets, outputs, provider keys, and local model files are stored on your device by default and are not uploaded to a Lunery Lab account because Studio has no Lunery Lab account service.

3. Local and cloud AI processing

Local AI processing stays on your device. If you choose a cloud AI provider or a compatible remote endpoint, Studio sends the prompt and any selected assets directly to that service using the connection you configured. That provider's privacy policy, retention settings, and terms govern its processing; Lunery Lab does not receive that content through a platform account.

4. Why we use information and when it is disclosed

We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

• To operate, secure, measure, and improve the public website.
• To remember the language and workflow details you asked the browser to keep.
• To answer support requests and meet legal obligations.
• To website hosting and analytics providers where needed to run the website, and to an AI provider only when you choose and configure that provider.

5. Storage, security, and retention

Browser preferences and saved workflow details remain in your browser. Desktop content remains in the visible Lunery profile on your device unless you choose a remote service or move it elsewhere. We use reasonable safeguards for information we handle, but no system is completely secure. Support and website records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, operations, security, or legal requirements.

6. Overseas processing

Website hosting and analytics may process technical information outside your country, including in the United States or other locations where the service provider operates. A cloud AI provider you select may also process prompts and assets overseas; the countries depend on that provider and the region you select. Review the provider's current privacy information before connecting it.

7. Access, correction, and deletion

You control desktop content through Studio and your device. You can remove saved workflow details with the Clear action on the download page, and remove language preferences through browser settings. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information contained in support or website records, contact support@lunerylab.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where the law requires it.

8. Privacy questions and complaints

Send a privacy question or complaint to support@lunerylab.com with enough detail for us to investigate. We will acknowledge it and respond within a reasonable time. If an Australian privacy complaint remains unresolved, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, contact support@lunerylab.com so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be posted on this page. Questions can be sent to support@lunerylab.com.
