• Service IP: the Service, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Lunery Lab.

The Service relies on third-party AI providers to generate content. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or output of any specific provider. Each provider's terms of service and acceptable use policies also apply to content generated through their models.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability
